Used Maya and Photoshop to texture, light and render the bowl of fruit provided for the CGSociety.com Lighting Challenge. The modeling was done by Dan Wade and I did the rest. This is my third website since creating this project and I don’t have tons of stuff to show off my process. I initially lit this scene and rendered lighting passes and composited it but after revisiting it I wanted to try and do the entire thing in Maya. The only separate pass I rendered was an occlusion pass. I rendered using mentalRay and the grapes were achieved using the misss fast skin shader.
